Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to Spectrum After Dark has been granted, regardless of usage or lack of usage.
Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund any charges already incurred. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How to Cancel
Subscriptions may be canceled through the user’s account management area or by contacting customer support. Requests to cancel must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.
